1. Planning and implementing jobs:
- Prepare in-person weekly working plans according to progress from a line manager.
- Key: Come up with personal work favorable and complete it on schedule in a timely fashion.
2. Execution:
- Monitor & stay on top of construction progress on the project site.
- Supervise all construction works at the project.
- Engage in a meeting/catch-up on the construction site.
- Draw up daily/weekly/monthly reports on the site to the line manager.
- Be responsible for managing the erection team on the project.
- Be in charge of progress, cost and safety construction on the site.
- Put together acceptance certificates on the construction site and Sign confirmation with clients.
- Key: Be sure to fulfill own work in accordance with the requirements and schedule assigned. Appropriate design records require the investor and are on schedule.
3. Periodical reports:
- Daily/weekly/monthly report according to line manager.
- Key: The manager stays on top of the process for employees
4. Assist team lead in other tasks assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, bridge and road construction, etc.
- Intermediate English/Chinese level.
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,...) and AutoCad, MS Project, etc.
- Internal relationship
+ Work closely with the line manager/site manager and other departments, technical directors, BOD.
+ Liaise good relationships with departments, and ensure a closed information source in a timely manner between construction and other departments.
- External relationship
+ Investment owner.
+ Project supervision consultant.
+ Designed/evaluated project consultant.
+ Shop/equipment supplier.
+ Construction team.
+ Sub-contractor.
