In September 2014, the BMB Board of directors had successfully held the internal training course for all staff, with the SELF MOTIVATION AT WORK.
Through the training course. Every staff appreciated the significations which BOD has brought the ideal to everyday life. BMB STEEL is where you can express your own passion and cravings, and you will receive absolutely worthy outcomes for such efforts.
Together we build up our BMB cultures "LOVE - UNITY - RESPECT."

On the morning of August 2, 2025, the BMB Love School Fund visited and presented gifts to underprivileged households in the landfill area of Binh Chanh District, as part of the “Small Acts – True Kindness” campaign.

On November 11, BMB Steel cooperated with VSE Academy to hold a seminar on the topic "Positioning career of Civil engineer - Reaching the world" at the Faculty of Civil, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
