About Zhong Ju Vietnam project

Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province, is becoming one of the most economically developed provinces in our country, so Bau Bang Industrial Park has recently attracted a lot of investors with remarkable development speed. 1. Overall information about the project

The Zhong Ju project is located in the Bau Bang industrial zone, Binh Duong province. From a purely agricultural land located in the north of Binh Duong province, Bau Bang has risen strongly, becoming a locality with a developed industrial economy. Thanks to an appropriate industrial development planning strategy, Bau Bang has made outstanding marks in the process of accelerating industrialization and modernization over the years.

3. Project details

After receiving the winning announcement for the Zhong Ju project, BMB engineers embarked on their work. Another journey began, and we continued to work together to design, estimate, and decide on transportation. 1,100 tons of steel entered Bau Bang Industrial Park for this Zhong Ju project.

The Zhong Ju Vietnam factory was built with a total area of 21,000 m2. This was also one of the typical projects received by BMB in the early years of the epidemic season. We understand the expectations and trust of our customers for us, so even in difficult circumstances, the BMB-ers try their best to complete the project quickly and deliver it to the partner on time, ensuring the project meets the standards of quality as well as high aesthetics.

The roof corrugated iron system used is 5-rib Seam corrugated iron, suitable for hot and humid weather all year round, rainy, windy, and stormy in Vietnam. The type of extreme weather greatly affects the quality and durability of construction work, especially in factories. Ton Seam was born to solve those fastidious requirements of users, ensure durability and still retain aesthetics, be easy to install, and reduce warranty and repair risks because of a developed system overview.

As for the paint, we apply Alkyd paint to the main structure with a primer of 40 microns and the substructure with two layers of 80 microns. Alkyd paint has high adhesion, a high shine, and good resistance to dust and stains. A painted surface can withstand external forces without peeling or fading, making it suitable for current industrial work.
