Job Description
  • Receive and process bilingual Vietnamese-Chinese documents and materials.
  • Receive project information, documents, and other tasks for implementation as requested.
  • Participate in translation for meetings with clients from Taiwan and China.
  • Directly engage and maintain relationships with clients from Taiwan and China as provided.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer and supplier information through Taiwanese and Chinese websites, and compile reports.
  • Develop company introduction profiles, capability profiles, etc., in bilingual Vietnamese-Chinese.
  • Create personal work plans according to the weekly schedule provided by the Branch Manager.
  • Perform customer-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language Studies.
  • Proficiency in all skills of the Chinese language.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology.
  • Clear communication skills, ability to grasp and address issues effectively, teamwork skills, willingness to travel as required.
  • Integrity, confidentiality regarding work-related information, sociable, responsible towards tasks.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
