INTERNAL SEMINAR AT BMB STEEL 2013

In the training program for staff's soft skill, annually, BMB STEEL organizes various activities to enable staff to meet, share via team building, sports festivals, etc.
By such a meeting, BMB STEEL's staff enjoyed a comfortable sharing but also valuable moments together. Hereby photos taken were taken the seminar During a three-hour seminar, the experiences for overcoming hardships and challenges when living in remote areas were truthfully shared by the Cambodia and Myanmar offices staff. The board of Directors also spared time to express their motivation to break through hard times summing up from nearly 15-year management experiences themself On October 12, 2013, at Gala Royale Convention Event center, BMB STEEL has successfully held the internal seminar with the special subject: overcoming hardships between the board of Directors with Chiefs of Cambodia, Myanmar offices and all staff of HCMC office.

On May 10, 2025, BMB Steel was honored to participate in the Job Fair of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, bringing many attractive career opportunities for students.
On November 19, 2024, representatives from BMB Steel attended the Thiskyhall Sala Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City to receive the "Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2024" award organized by Anphabe in collaboration with Intage Vietnam.
From 1st to 5th May 2018, BMB Steel participated in the Thai Architect '18 Expo in Thailand. Architect Expo is organized annually to promote building materials technologies.
On December 22, 2023, at the Park Royal Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, BMB Steel organized a special training session on the topic "Stress Management" with Dr. Hoang Minh To Nga as a speaker. To improve soft skills for BMBers, the training session revolved around stress-related issues such as "Is stress scary?" and "Is it good to not have stress?".
On November 4, BMB Steel and VSE Academy cooperated with Ton Duc Thang University to successfully organize the Talkshow program with the theme "Career Positioning Construction Engineer - Reaching the World."
On December 13, 2025, the inauguration ceremony for the project consisting of 5 new classrooms and a separate restroom facility for boys and girls was held in Gao commune, Gia Lai province. With a total funding of 600 million VND fully sponsored by BMB Steel, the project was completed after more than two months of construction, providing a safe, spacious, and hopeful learning environment for the teachers and students here.
