Job Description

1. Internal Software Management:

  • Write and edit content, images for internal communication channels.
  • Manage user accounts for company members.
  • Coordinate with the software provider to resolve technical issues.

2. Training:

  • Research and propose speakers and training topics that align with the company’s culture.

3. Events:

  • Organize and coordinate internal events: team building, workshops, year-end parties, health check-ups, and charity activities.
  • Plan, budget, and oversee the execution of events.

4. Other:

  • Assist with administrative and HR tasks as requested by superiors.
Job Requirement
  • Qualification - Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in English and office software.
    • Passionate about writing, communication, and internal engagement. Basic knowledge of Advertising, Communication, and Event Organization.
    • Dynamic, open-minded, and eager to learn on the job.
    • Good communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
    • Experience in communications management and event coordination is a plus.
  • Workplace: 148 Phan Xích Long, Ward 7, Phu Nhuan District.
  • Salary: Negotiable.
