BMB Steel was honored as "Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam" and "Top 50 Employer Brands Attractive to Vietnamese Students 2023" by Anphabe

On November 23, 2023, at Adora Hoang Van Thu, Anphabe held a conference to announce the Best Place to Work in Vietnam, with the theme "The Fusion Era". The results announced in 2023 show that BMB Steel was honored in all categories:

? TOP 3 Best places to work in Vietnam for medium enterprises in the Materials industry
? TOP 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam for Medium Enterprises
? TOP 50 attractive employer brands for students
This result is based on a survey of more than 63,000 experienced workers and nearly 10,000 final-year students interning at businesses. Thanks to continuous efforts for 20 years, BMB Steel has created an ideal working environment, focusing on employee satisfaction. We constantly improve and increase welfare policies so all employees can develop, improve their quality of life, and maximize their abilities. These two prestigious awards have proven dedication throughout the journey of trying to build the perfect working environment for the staff from BMB Steel.

Last June 20, 2024 - June 22, 2024, BMB Steel was honored to participate in the Philconstruct Visayas 2024 exhibition in the Philippines. This is the second exhibition in June and is also an opportunity for BMB to meet and interact with potential customers.
BMB Steel has just participated in a construction exhibition in PHILCONSTRUCT Visayas 2022 from July 21st to July 23rd, 2022.
On November 19, 2024, representatives from BMB Steel attended the Thiskyhall Sala Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City to receive the "Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2024" award organized by Anphabe in collaboration with Intage Vietnam.
On the occasion of the anniversary of Vietnam businessmen’s day (Oct. 13), the Board of Director BMB Steel was proud of honoring a typical businessman organized by VTC television station.
On December 22, 2023, at the Park Royal Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, BMB Steel organized a special training session on the topic "Stress Management" with Dr. Hoang Minh To Nga as a speaker. To improve soft skills for BMBers, the training session revolved around stress-related issues such as "Is stress scary?" and "Is it good to not have stress?".
