BMB Steel was honored as "Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam" and "Top 50 Employer Brands Attractive to Vietnamese Students 2023" by Anphabe

On November 23, 2023, at Adora Hoang Van Thu, Anphabe held a conference to announce the Best Place to Work in Vietnam, with the theme "The Fusion Era". The results announced in 2023 show that BMB Steel was honored in all categories:

This result is based on a survey of more than 63,000 experienced workers and nearly 10,000 final-year students interning at businesses. Thanks to continuous efforts for 20 years, BMB Steel has created an ideal working environment, focusing on employee satisfaction. On July 8, 2024, at the main campus University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City, the launching ceremony of the Green Summer 2024 campaign took place.  The launching ceremony was attended by the school leadership, leaders of stationed localities, sponsors, and 380 students.

On June 21, 2024, at Phan Dang Luu Sports Center, Binh Thanh District a badminton match of BMB Steel employees took place. During the competition, BMBers "fought" hard to bring the highest results for their team.

From June 10, 2024, to June 16, 2024, BMB Steel was present in Laos to attend the Alace Expo 2024 exhibition. The exhibition at the Laos International Trade and Exhibition Convention Center (Laos – ITECC) attracts many customers in the construction and steel structure world at home and abroad.

On September 13–16, 2023, BMB Steel was honored to introduce products and services to the international market through the Indonesia Construction 2023 exhibition. This exhibition was held at the Jakarta International Expo in Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia.
BMB Steel has just participated in a construction exhibition in PHILCONSTRUCT Visayas 2022 from July 21st to July 23rd, 2022.
On April 24, 2021, BMB Steel cooperated with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology to all Faculty of Civil Engineering students to learn more about vacancies at BMB
On November 4, BMB Steel and VSE Academy cooperated with Ton Duc Thang University to successfully organize the Talkshow program with the theme "Career Positioning Construction Engineer - Reaching the World."
