BMB Steel was honored as "Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam" and "Top 50 Employer Brands Attractive to Vietnamese Students 2023" by Anphabe

On November 23, 2023, at Adora Hoang Van Thu, Anphabe held a conference to announce the Best Place to Work in Vietnam, with the theme "The Fusion Era". The results announced in 2023 show that BMB Steel was honored in all categories:

This result is based on a survey of more than 63,000 experienced workers and nearly 10,000 final-year students interning at businesses. Thanks to continuous efforts for 20 years, BMB Steel has created an ideal working environment, focusing on employee satisfaction. We constantly improve and increase welfare policies so all employees can develop, improve their quality of life, and maximize their abilities. On April 26, 2024, BMB Steel was honored to be one of the businesses participating in the job fair at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
On February 27, 2024, BMB Steel completed the 2024 goal signing ceremony. The ceremony took place at the BMB Steel company meeting room with the full presence of the company's Board of Directors and department heads. of each department, heads of all branches, and all BMB Steel employees.
From 6th to January 9th, 2018, BMB Steel participated PhilConstruct Exhibition 2018 in Manila, Philippines.
On August 9, 2024, the Design department organized an internal training session on SAP software for BMB Steel engineers.
During the 10th anniversary activities, BMB CUP 2014 football tournament was held on 16/12/2014 with the participation of 8 teams from branch offices.
In September 2014, the BMB Board of directors had successfully held the internal training course for all staff, with the SELF MOTIVATION AT WORK.
