職務内容

Receive project information (inputs, outputs, deadlines, etc.) from the Chief of estimator.

Execute design, quantity takeoff, and pricing for industrial construction projects (models, spreadsheets, quotations, explanations, etc.)

Rectify any discrepancies

Generate quotations, spreadsheets, explanations upon request

Present and defend design and pricing proposals as needed.

応募資格

1. Qualification – Degree: University degree or above - major in Civil and Industrial Construction

Preference: University of Technology, Architecture

2. Related Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of structural design, steel structure design standards

General knowledge of relevant industry standards

3. Skills:

Using structural engineering software and drawing tools

Ability to read and understand documents, basic English communication

Clear communication and presentation skills

Teamwork skills

Ability to travel for business when required

4. Range Salary: 12.000.000 - 14.000.000 VND
