Charity Activity On Mid-Autumn 2009

In October, BMB Steel staffs came to the Hospital of Tumorigenicity to visit and give presents for over 480 older adults at E dept (X-ray) and 160 kids at the pediatric dept.

Most patients come from rural areas of the countryside and must stay at the hospital for over one month. At pediatric dept, talking with the kids, everybody learned more about pitiful circumstances of Tien (as the picture) whose homeland is Danang, has got a six month-inborn vesical cancer, continually stayed at the hospital to find his hope of living only by a minimum salary of the miserable workman of his father support sending from the homeland. And there are still much more harmful circumstances need aids.

At the end of the pediatric dept's corridor is a spacious classroom built from the "Dreams of Thuy" fund, hereby, there are lots of volunteer teachers, and students have come to teach and read books with kids every day. Doctors have advised gently one thing "Everybody, if you could arrange your time, come to teach and read stories for them." For us, I would like to pass his gentle recommendations to all of you.
