Job Description
- Marketing, advertising, and prospecting for potential clients (owners, consultants, IPs, investment promotion centers).
- Upon receiving new project information, quotation, design, create forms and send to the Estimation/Design Department.
- Regularly contact customers/investors to discuss, and update new project information, and invite customers to visit factories and some ongoing projects.
- During the quoting period, update changes or requests from owners to the Estimation/Design Department for modifications.
- Persuade customers to sign contracts to meet sales targets.
- Other tasks: support the Project Manager in some assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction/Mechanical Engineering, Building Materials, Economics,
- Skills:
- Use Chinese fluently to translate technical documents and communicate with Taiwanese and Chinese customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Preferably Experience in technical product sales.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the steel structure industry.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, handle high pressure, take initiative, and work remotely when required.
- Presentation skills.
- Confident communication with customers.
- Salary Range: 15.000.000 - 20.000.000
