PROJECT / SALE ENGINEER (HCM)

• Handle quotations, bidding/tendering, contract administration, and project management activities.
• Identify potential customers, develop sales opportunities, and achieve individual sales targets.
• Fulfill committed sales targets as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Manage and coordinate projects assigned by the Team and Management.
• Work directly with clients and internal departments to ensure project progress and quality requirements are met.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships through effective customer care activities.
• Prepare and consolidate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the manager.

*Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s/College degree in Construction Engineering or related majors.

*Professional Knowledge:
Good understanding of technical terms related to construction and steel structures, as well as market knowledge.

*Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the steel structure industry.

*Skills:

• Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
• Strong presentation, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Able to work under pressure, proactive, and patient.

*Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
