SALES MANAGER (HỒ CHI MINH)

I. Work related to other departments and customers:

• Finding potential customers (investors, consultants, IPs, investment promotion centers) and maintaining customer relationships.
• Directly searching for projects and implementing bidding and signing contracts to meet individual sales targets.
• Coordinate with other departments of the company to ensure work efficiency.
• Monitor the progress of the successful project to take care of customers.

II. Deployment of tasks in the department:

• Ensure to maintain a stable source of customers, and at the same time develop new customers according to the company's annual revenue target.
• Implement control of project input information, control quotes and participate in project bidding.
• Ensure the implementation of the bidding quotation according to the requirements of the customer and the company's regulations, without errors.
• Consulting and doing other jobs as assigned by the Board of Directors of the company.

III. Management

• Manage work and evaluate own work results
• Work report with direct management
• Manage and support the work of assigned staff (if any)

IV. Perform other tasks assigned by the direct management

1.  University degree in Civil/Mechanical/Building material Engineering

2. Skill

-  Proficient English level such as communication.

-  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,...

- Knowledge of economics, construction, steel structure is an advantage

- Experienced in steel structure, materials, mechanics, transportation,... from 03-05 years

- Teamwork, independent work, withstand high pressure, proactively in work, business travel when required.
