Identify and research new clients and project opportunities.
Manage and implement Chinese language projects for the team.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets as committed with the team leader.
Oversee the processes of pricing, bidding, and contract management.
Collaborate directly with clients and various departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Provide client support and work on market expansion.
Compile and report progress to the team leader on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Materials, or Construction Economics.
Knowledge of construction/steel structure terminology and market insights.
Proficiency in Chinese for client communication, handling documents, and technical materials.
Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with AutoCAD.
Clear communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective teamwork skills.
Honest, with a high level of confidentiality regarding work-related information, adaptable in various situations, and a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Experience in the field of steel structure and construction is an advantage.
