在2024年11月6日，BMB钢铁的才华横溢的实习生们有机会参观BMB钢铁和洪南工厂。这是一个体验实际生产过程并向工厂工人和专家学习的机会。这次参观不仅帮助他们更好地理解这个过程，还让他们对自己将要承担的实际工作有了更清晰的认识。
我们希望在工厂参观后，大家能够积累丰厚的实践经验，并获得发展所需的技能。

2023年12月22日，在胡志明市的公园皇家酒店，BMB钢铁组织了一场以“压力管理”为主题的特别培训会议，演讲者是黄敏德博士。为了提高BMB员工的软技能，培训会议围绕着与压力相关的问题，例如“压力可怕吗？”和“没有压力是真的吗好？”展开。
On May 12, 2017, BMB Steel gave the scholarship to 10 students of the School of Industrial Management (HCMC Bach Khoa University). We combined this event with the big program named “2017 Management Festival” with the theme “Cảm xúc” organized by the School of Industrial Management annually.
On October 15, BMB Steel was officially admitted as a member of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
