As usual, when a project is completed, BMB Steel begins a new story, recording the imprints of its career. But perhaps for BMB Steel, this "Provimi Factory" project (Cargill Dong Nai) is the one that leaves the most memories because this is a very difficult project that was implemented during a difficult period when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, and the law on Fire Fighting and Prevention changed. At that time, it seemed that all projects in Vietnam were stalled, but despite all difficulties, the BMB Steel boat continued to sail and successfully steered the "Provimi Factory" project (Cargill Dong Nai), to overcome the storm and safely reach the shore. For more information about this project, we invite you all to follow in the footsteps of BMB Steel!
The project "Provimi Factory" (Cargill Dong Nai) is located in Giang Dien Industrial Park, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province. When it comes to Giang Dien Industrial Park, everyone is no stranger to it because it is located in the most dynamic quadrangle (Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau) in the economic zone. Southern Key Area: the area with the largest concentration of industrial zones in Vietnam Located in a prime location, the industrial park enjoys absolute advantages in traffic when it is located right next to the administrative and political center of Dong Nai province and only 44km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City. This location brings great advantages for the industrial park in linking with other provinces, cities, and major economic centers in the Southeast region.

The "Provimi Factory" project (Cargill Dong Nai) is a very special project; we took over this project in the early days of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The construction process took place in parallel with the anti-epidemic work, so our work was twice as difficult as before.
Understanding the importance of the project and the expectations of its partners, with a total construction area of up to 10,000 m2, when receiving the project "Provimi Factory", BMB Steel engineers immediately began to carefully calculate and decide to transport a rather large amount of 700 tons of steel for this project.
The roof system used is Bluescope Klip 940 0.56mm thick APT Colorbond Activate G5, wall cladding is Lysaght Trimdek Optima 1015mm 0.48mm thick APT Colorbond Ultra Activate G550, Lysaght purlin is a long-ribbed roofing sheet. Valley waves with high intensity, the ability to overcome large spans, lightness, and high rigidity, can be used for wide swing arm systems while still ensuring safety, making them waterproof and windproof. An extremely good roll is a type of corrugated iron that is very suitable for commercial projects and industrial factories that require large spans. As for the light, we choose 1.5-mm thick Amperit; This is a material with good light transmission, outstanding insulation features, and the ability to block UV rays, prevent ultraviolet rays, help protect human health, be durable over time, save money to repair,... is a flexible and economical solution for a long-term project. In addition, we also use insect netting for this project. In the wind roof positions, 304 stainless steel mesh and galvanized corrugated iron frames are used, the remaining positions use 304 stainless steel mesh and stainless steel mesh to ensure the features and aesthetics of the building.
In the mixing tower part, we choose Epoxy paint with a paint thickness of 175 microns, and the warehouse part is also applied with Epoxy primer, fireproof paint, Epoxy finish with a 100-micron primer, fireproof paint, and a 75-micron topcoat. This type of paint is widely used in the industry, especially floor paint for factory floors. Applying epoxy paint to protect and reinforce the concrete surface increases the life of the building with many advantages such as a beautiful glossy surface, diverse colors, anti-slip, waterproof, anti-abrasion, etc., making it the optimal choice that BMB Steel chooses for the "Provimi Factory" project.
Cleaning is always the last step, simple but indispensable, before handing over the project to the customer. When the project was successfully completed, BMB Steel was extremely proud to see the finished products created during the 10 long months. There were months of delays in operation due to the pandemic, but there were no difficulties. No difficulties can stand in the way of BMB Steel because we know that Provimi Co., Ltd (Cargill Viet Nam) is always beside us, accompanying us to overcome all challenges during those difficult days.
On May 18, 2023, BMB Steel also received a letter of thanks from Provimi Co., Ltd (Cargill Vietnam), which is also a great source of motivation and pride for all BMB employees. Steel. Once again, BMB would like to thank Provimi Company Limited (Cargill Vietnam) for choosing BMB Steel as the contractor for this project; hopefully, in the future, Cargill Vietnam and BMB Steel will accompany BMB Steel. more in new projects.
