From October 28 to 31, 2026, members of BMB Steel HCM, Da Nang, H.O, and the Factory participated in a trip to Ninh Binh and Hanoi, opening up a journey to explore the areas rich in natural, cultural, and historical values of the North. Not only was it an opportunity to take a break from daily work, but the trip also provided a chance for members to meet, socialize, and create many beautiful memories with colleagues who have journeyed together in their work.

The first stop in Ninh Binh brought members to the characteristic natural landscape of the ancient capital. In Trang An, the layered mountains, clear waters winding through limestone mountains, along with the natural cave system created a picturesque landscape. Sitting on a boat exploring each sightseeing route, everyone had the opportunity to feel the serene beauty of nature, enjoy moments of relaxation, and capture many memorable moments. Additionally, the journey to visit Bai Dinh Pagoda also brought different experiences. Amid the spacious architectural space and tranquil atmosphere, members had the chance to learn more about the cultural and spiritual values associated with the land of Ninh Binh.

Leaving Ninh Binh, the journey continued to Hanoi – the capital of a thousand years of civilization, which preserves historical imprints and a lifestyle harmonizing tradition and modernity. Through sightseeing activities, exploring landscapes, and experiencing local culture, members had the opportunity to better appreciate the unique beauty of the capital. Each place visited, each story shared added richness to the trip's experiences while providing fresh perspectives on this culturally rich land.

Not stopping at sightseeing activities, the programs for interaction, team recreation, and the Gala night were also memorable highlights throughout the journey. This was a time for members to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere, share laughter, and create closer moments outside the work environment. Especially, the participation of members from HCM, H.O, and the Factory created opportunities to connect between departments that typically have different job characteristics and workspaces. Conversations, joint activities, and companionship in each experience helped everyone understand each other better, thereby contributing to building close relationships among units in the BMB Steel family.

The four days of the Ninh Binh – Hanoi journey concluded with many valuable experiences and feelings. Each member returned with beautiful photos, joyful stories, and memories created from the collective companionship. More than just a trip, this was also a time for everyone to refresh their spirits, rebalance their energy, and cherish the relationships nurtured throughout their work.

At BMB Steel, collective trips are not just simple leisure activities after busy working days, but also occasions for members to draw closer together, expand connections, and share positive values. Because alongside the goals and projects carried out each day, the companionship, understanding, and spirit of cooperation between individuals are the key factors that create the strength of a collective. The Ninh Binh – Hanoi 2026 journey has come to an end, but the beautiful memories and positive energy from this trip will continue to accompany BMB Steel members on the path ahead.
