On August 9, 2024, the Design Department organized an internal training session for BMB Steel engineers. The training session summarized important knowledge in the process of using SAP, contributing to minimizing errors in the process of using the software, increasing productivity, and improving work progress.
Through the training session, BMB Steel engineers improve their professional knowledge and skills, thereby improving work performance and work quality, contributing to the overall success of the whole company.

On December 13, 2025, the inauguration ceremony for the project consisting of 5 new classrooms and a separate restroom facility for boys and girls was held in Gao commune, Gia Lai province. With a total funding of 600 million VND fully sponsored by BMB Steel, the project was completed after more than two months of construction, providing a safe, spacious, and hopeful learning environment for the teachers and students here.
