On February 14, 2025, at the company office, BMB Steel held a targets-setting ceremony in the presence of the leadership board and all employees.
The goal-setting ceremony is held annually as a tradition of BMB Steel. It is an important event marking the beginning of a new journey, setting challenges and expectations for a year of sailing for BMB Steel. Create motivation and a sense of responsibility in completing the assigned tasks.
The ceremony encourages the work spirit, motivating BMB-ers to strive and achieve the best results.

Continuing the journey of nurturing young talents, on September 12, 2023, BMB Steel and businesses came to Hanoi Architectural University and awarded many scholarships to students of the Department of Construction.
On December 6, 2024, BMB Steel had the honor of being one of the companies connected and accompanying all the students of Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City.
