When receiving the project information from the investment owner, the engineers at BMB Steel immediately went into the process of terrain assessment and project’s overview to come up with the most optimal construction strategy - to ensure the material and labor cost for this particular project.

Through the evaluation, the engineers concluded that GO! Mall Ben Tre is a project with relatively simple complexity. With a total area of up to 45000m2 with many construction works such as a shopping area, product display area, garage, advertising banner, etc, GO! Mall Ben Tre, when completed, soon became the leading shopping and entertainment center in the Land of Coconut Ben Tre. In the process of completing these works, BMB Steel meticulously calculated in detail and decided to use nearly 100 tons of steel to build the frame and erect the factory. Thanks to long-term experience specializing in the construction of pre-engineered factories, the contractor successfully took advantage of all resources in terms of labor and materials to build the trade center in just 42 days.

Actually, the project's erection time was only about 1.5 months, but this project is required to undergo many rigorous tests and evaluations by global quality assessment standards such as: load standard ASCE 7-10 "Agreement of Society of Civil Engineers" Minimal load design for buildings andother structures (1801 Alexander Bell Drive Reston, Virginia 20191); standard deviation limits MBMA 2010 "Steel Building Manufacturers Association", Steel Building Systems Manual, 2010 edition. 1300 Summer Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115,...

By applying those rigorous standards, BMB Steel is proud of GO! Mall Ben Tre because it is also one of the outstanding projects that makes the name of the brand BMB Steel in the market of construction and assembly of pre-engineered buildings in Vietnam. This is a project that is highly appreciated by many experts for its aesthetics, durability and flexibility.

This project is also a springboard for the development of BMB Steel, a driving force for BMB Steel to carry out more pre-engineered civil works in the future in the southern provinces in particular and throughout Vietnam in general.
