SALE ENGINEER (HCM)

Search for new clients and project information.

Achieve the agreed sales targets.

Handle quotations, bidding, contracts, and project management.

Work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure progress and quality.

Take care of existing clients and develop new markets.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the team leader.

Education:
Bachelor’s or College degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Materials, Economics, or International Trade.

Professional Knowledge:
Good understanding of technical terms related to construction and steel structures.

Experience:
0-1 year of experience in the field of steel structures or construction.

Skills:
• Good communication in English or Chinese.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to work under pressure, proactive, and willing to travel when required.
• Professional and detail-oriented.
• Honest and transparent.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
