QS EXECUTIVE (HCM)

• Interpret structural steel drawings

• Calculate quantities of structural steel, flashing sheets, and bolts

• Clarify and justify quantities with the supervision consultant, investor, and main contractor

• Complete payment documents with the supervision consultant, investor, and main contractor

• Be able to work at the project site as required

• Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader

1. Degree: Graduated from University majoring in construction/architecture/mechanics

2. Experience: N/A

3. Skills:

• Basic English communication
• Proficient in MS Office
• Using Autocad software
• Presentation skills, customer communication, and teamwork
• Salary range: 12,000,000 - 16,000,000 gross
