Job Description
  • Design Implementation: Coordinate the implementation of project designs, ensuring they meet technical requirements and client specifications.
  • Schedule Coordination and Drawing Changes: Manage project schedules and coordinate any changes to drawings as necessary to meet construction deadlines.
  • Delivery Schedule Coordination: Liaise with the construction department to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site as per their requirements.
  • Change Management: Respond promptly to any changes or deviations in project scope, coordinating adjustments to ensure project continuity.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients and investors to discuss and update project information, including changes or additions to drawings for supplementary pricing. Participate in meetings as necessary to ensure effective project coordination.
  • Daily Project Progress Reporting: Provide daily updates on project progress, including any issues or challenges encountered and their resolution.
  • Issue Resolution: Address all project-related issues raised by clients, developing appropriate solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure projects are managed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Other Assigned Tasks: Undertake any other tasks assigned as per specific project requirements.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proficient understanding of construction-related terminology and steel structure concepts.
  • Ability to use English for reading resumes, documents, and basic communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and the ability to grasp and handle issues effectively.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
  • Honesty, confidentiality of work-related information, flexibility in approach, high sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude.
  • Age: 25-28 years old.
  • Gender: Male
  • Salary Range: 13.000.000 - 16.000.000
