Job Description
- Quality and Progress Monitoring:
- Oversee and inspect the quality of products and services provided by subcontractors to ensure they meet project standards and requirements.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and project timelines.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to promptly address any issues related to quality and progress.
- Support for Quantity Calculation and Final Settlement:
- Assist in calculating the completed work quantities of subcontractors for the purpose of final settlement.
- Review and verify documentation related to work quantities and subcontractor costs.
- Ensure accuracy and fairness in the financial settlement process.
Job Requirement
- Gender: Male, aged 20-25 years.
- Educational Background: University or College degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in English for reading documents, records, and basic communication.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently, handle high pressure, be proactive, and travel as needed.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Salary: Gross salary ranging from 10,000,000 to 12,000,000 VND
