Job Description
  • - Prepare and develop construction plans.
  • Resolve related problems that arise during construction. Organize meetings with implementation and technical departments to handle when problems arise.
  • Implement construction plans, carry out acceptance tests to ensure on schedule and quality committed to customers, coordinate and manage staff, workers and teams in accordance with regulations.
  • Identify, analyze, evaluate risks, impact levels of risks related to construction process, construction methods, construction site, moving diagram, equipment, weather, and parties relate to.
  • Check and monitor quality, progress and implementation of project costs.
  • Organize documents for internal acceptance, phase acceptance and handover acceptance into use.
  • Prepare periodic reports for relevant departments and BOD
Job Requirement
  • Graduated from University - majoring in civil & industrial construction, road and bridge industry,...
  • Experience: Over 5 years
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel,...) and AutoCad, MS Project,..
  • Age: 28-40 | Gender: Male
  • Skills: Leadership, Communication, Acumen in handling arising problems, Decision making, Team work
  • Construction practice certificate: Supervising the construction of civil works Industrial use – Grade 1
  • LOCATION: Working on projects in the southern region of the company.
