After 2.5 months of learning, experiencing, and working in a real environment, the BNE26 program at BMB Steel has officially concluded, marking a journey full of memorable experiences for the interns.

Throughout the program, you have had the opportunity to become familiar with a professional working environment, learn more about the steel structure field, and engage in real work at the company. This was also a time for you to gradually apply the knowledge you have learned to your work, while gaining a better understanding of the working process and how a company operates in practice.

Not only focusing on expertise, BNE26 also provides many opportunities for you to develop the necessary skills for your future career journey such as communication, teamwork, time management, task handling, and proactively solving problems. Through each task and experience in the program, you have gained more practical perspectives on the working environment and your personal development orientation.

In particular, the guidance and companionship of the staff at BMB Steel has provided you with additional opportunities to learn from practical experiences, as well as understand more about the culture and work spirit of the company. The exchange sessions, joint activities, and work experiences have also contributed to creating memorable moments throughout the 2.5 months.

Ending the BNE26 program is not only the conclusion of an internship program, but also a milestone for you to reflect on what you have learned and how you have grown during this time. It is hoped that the knowledge, skills, and experiences accumulated at BMB Steel will become useful tools, helping you feel more confident in your upcoming studies and career development journey.
Wishing the BNE26 participants continued learning, exploration, and shining on the journey ahead.
