Dong Nam Industrial Park has become and is becoming a "magnet" attracting investment in the Northwest region of Ho Chi Minh City.  Owning a strategic location near Ring Road 3 and Ring Road 4, situated between two key provinces and cities: Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong, the completion of the Tan Hoang Gia furniture manufacturing factory project will serve production reaching 300 - 500 containers of high-end wooden furniture for export to Europe and the USA, promising to solve the employment shortage in the area and attract significant domestic and foreign investment.

 - Factory B1: area 16,567 m2, a height of 11.7 m, a length of 234 m, a width of 72 m, using 356 tons of steel.

 - Factory B2: area 19,148 m2, height 11.9 m, length 234 m, width 80 m, using 368 tons of steel.

 - Factory B3: area 10,811 m2, height 11.3 m, length 198 m, width 56 m, using 255 tons of steel.

 - Two auxiliary buildings for workshop B3: area 560 m2, height 5 m, length 56 m, width 5 m, using 8 tons of steel.

 - Dining hall: area 1008 m2, height 7.85 m, length 63 m, width 16 m, using 8,215 tons of steel.

 - Parking lot: area 1496 m2, height 6.8 m, length 8.1 m, width 21.5 m, using 79.4 tons of steel.

 - Restroom: area of 225 m2, height 3.5 m, length 45 m, width 5 m, using 5 tons of steel.

Regarding the paint, BMB Steel chose Alkyd paint with a thickness of 80 microns (which includes components such as resin, solvent, additives, drying agents, and pigments). In Alkyd paint, the thinner is usually a chemical solvent. This type of paint is commonly used in everyday life because it has many outstanding advantages such as good adhesion and high durability. Superior gloss and color durability. Perfectly mold and rust-resistant, and easy to use. Additionally, the formula for mixing and using Alkyd oil paint is extremely easy, not complicated, and does not take much time for the painters. Just open the paint can, stir it evenly with the solvent for a few minutes, and it's ready to use.
