NOX Asean PVC Factory - A remarkable pre-engineered project in Dong Nai Province

As a subsidiary of Korea's leading company - NOX Corporation - (with 25 years experience) in the market, NOX Asean in Vietnam is widely known as a leading enterprise in the field of manufacturing and trading flooring products. In Vietnam, the group has built many production plants to serve the increasing demand of the market. Among them, the NOX Asean PVC flooring factory in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai is a typical project constructed by contractor BMB Steel.

For those who are attentive to the field of construction and interior design, the name NOX Asean seems to be a familiar brand. Established in 1994 (with 28 years of experience in the industry), NOX is a leading worldwide corporation specializing in manufacturing and trading high-quality flooring products and materials for large and small projects. From residential projects, buildings or large-scale workshops and factories, there will certainly be products from NOX.

The typical product of the company is LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), a modern flooring material with elegant design, high durability and easy maintenance. With the above advantages, this material has been widely used in many countries.

Additionally, NOX products are widely accepted as they are exported mainly to the US and European markets. From 1 million USD of export value in 2000, by 2020, the group's export value reached 200 million USD. Currently, NOX is the partner of many companies in more than 50 countries. Always maintaining its performance, NOX has achieved a growth rate of 20%/year for 5 years. It can be clearly seen that, not only famous in the home country of Korea, but NOX's brand reputation also has reached globally over the past 28 years.

3. Project details

As a project invested by a large enterprise, when receiving project information, BMB is proud to be chosen by NOX Corporation as the contractor for designing, manufacturing and installing the PVC NOX Asean Factory. As expected, the factory will be the source of supply for the PVC flooring product chain in Vietnam and many other countries in the group's distribution system.

In addition, to ensure technical standards as well as occupational safety for workers at the factory when it is completed and put into operation, our strict standards are applied to inspect and evaluate the quality of the work. To maintain the sustainability for the factory, load requirements are also taken into consideration. Therefore, the ASCE 7-10 standard of the "Association of Civil Engineers" was used to evaluate the feasibility as well as the high-bearing capacity of the project.

To ensure usability as well as optimize the construction process, the project is divided into phases to be carried out as follows:

Phase 1: Estimate the preliminary progress of the NOX project (March 5 - March 26, 2021)

• Submit material table & approve materials
• Deploy drawings, process and manufacture
• Provide anchor bolts & position at the construction site
• Position anchor bolts
• Invite investment owner for completion

Phase 2: Transportation and erection of steel structure (March 26 - April 16, 2021)

• Transport structures & corrugated iron roof
• Erect the structural frame system
• Erect the cover material
• Paint the fireproof paint at the construction site
• Completed erection

Phase 3: Completing and handing over the steel structure projects (April 21, 2021)

All three stages have been carefully calculated in advance on many factors such as materials, number of workers, and design time. Therefore, in just 40 days of operating at full capacity, the entire NOX Asean PVC Flooring Factory has been completed with optimal time.
