Facilitate visa/work permit applications for foreign workers (if applicable)
Support in managing the security and cleaner officer. Handle clerical tasks, welcome guests to the company, assist in meetings/events, and manage incoming calls and scheduling business for the Directors, office employee.
Manage office supplies and equipment procurement for the company.
Arrange flight tickets/hotel and monitor office expenses, including office rental, utilities (electricity, water, etc.).
Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of assets & equipment (mail,wifi, network, computers, etc.) to ensure stability.
Monitor and update the company mail system along with service providers.
Administer timekeeping and employee leave request via the internal HRM system.
Support in organizing events/internal activities (HR department) as requested by Chief of HR.
Job Requirement
Qualification - Degree: Bachelor's / Associate's degree in related field.
Age: 25-30 | Gender: Female
Skills:
Strong organizational and Skilled Multi-tasker.
Proficient in office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Good English.
Honest, dynamic, open-minded, and willing to learn.
Maintain confidentiality of work-related information.
Employment contract: 6 months (with social insurance coverage).
