During the special days at the beginning of the new year, BMB Steel hopes that good things and luck will come to the company and BMBers. Receiving emotional and sincere New Year wishes from each other is an extremely meaningful thing that only places called "family" can have. Furthermore, BMBers also received lucky money envelopes from the company's Board of Directors and raised a glass of wine to congratulate BMB Steel on their great victory in 2024.

On 18th November 2016, BMB Steel successfully held a technical seminar, “How to design the highrise steel buildings” at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
From 14 - 17 March 2019, BMB Steel participated in MegaBuild 2019 Expo in Jakarta, Indonesia. MegaBuild Expo has been organized annually to promote building materials technologies.
On December 22, 2023, at the Park Royal Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, BMB Steel organized a special training session on the topic "Stress Management" with Dr. Hoang Minh To Nga as a speaker. To improve soft skills for BMBers, the training session revolved around stress-related issues such as "Is stress scary?" and "Is it good to not have stress?".
Annual Football BMB has been successfully held in late 2011 at the stadium Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park - Binh Duong.
On December 12, students from the High-Quality Engineering Management and Training Faculty, National University of Civil Engineering, visited BMB Steel's factory in Hung Yen.
