BMB Steel updates advanced structural solution D-Beam in collaboration with Okaya Group.

On July 2, 2026, BMB Steel had a training session and technical exchange with Okaya Group about the D-Beam structural solution – a technology that combines steel beams with pre-stressed concrete slabs (Hollow Core) developed based on the patent of SGBS (Smart Green Building System PTE LTD).
The program featured Mr. Kenichi Kato – General Director of Okaya Australia, along with representatives from Okaya Vietnam, sharing practical insights on the trend of applying D-Beam in high-rise buildings in Australia, the United States, Canada, India, and many other countries.
With the ability to reduce building loads, increase load-bearing efficiency, shorten construction times, and optimize construction costs, D-Beam is regarded as one of the modern structural solutions that meet the increasingly high demands of the construction industry.
Through the training session, the engineering team of BMB Steel had the opportunity to access advanced technologies while exchanging professional experiences with international experts. This is also part of BMB Steel's orientation to continuously update new technical solutions, enhance design and construction capabilities, and deliver optimal value to customers and partners.
