It is not any miracles but our burning enthusiasm, absolute determination as well as constant efforts that can actually enable us to achieve our goals. 

Motivation is always generated from our own mind. No matter who we are, what our age is, if we want to be successful, it is important to  inspire us to be self-motivated. This is similar to when we talk about an organization. There is a possibility that a wealthy firm faces corruption if it lacks strong internal motivation. Thoroughly acknowledging this fact, BMB Steel has always been emphasizing the important roles of each individual within the organization and encouraging them to build up the group.

Filipino BMB Steel has illustrated this spirit through various internal policies, which has strongly tightened the bond among workers in the company. Working under harsh conditions - either under the burning sun or heavy poured rain -  BMB constructors have to cooperate on a daily basis. Such close collaboration allows us to accomplish tasks effectively, thus developing the project efficiency and upgrading living standards. In order to do this, Filipino BMB Steel enforces strict disciplines, rules and regulations. Each member is encouraged to improve health by particular exercises, beginning a new day full of energy. Besides, eating lunch, doing exercises, attending meetings, and entertaining together are also encouraged. After each project is finished, BMB staff are filled with special feelings, wondering whether we can work with each other in the future or not. Each construction project brings new extraordinary experiences, new bromances, maybe strangers, or maybe countrymen. And how surprising! It is not true that those working as construction workers do not have a sense of art. Actually, Filipino BMB workers are the artists themselves, who can either sing, dance or deliver many interesting performances to audiences. There were times when these amateur artists held internal competitions in which their hilarious videos were posted on Tiktok and marked. 

Stimulating environment in Filipino BMB Steel as well as in BMB Steel always inspires each individual to enhance self development. Each employee is offered equal opportunities to participate in different projects and challenge our own selves. I pen down saying that the older we grow, the more developed we get and the more achievements we gain.
