Job Description

- Search for domestic and foreign forwarders for cost optimization.

- Handle customers' inquiries and requests to maximize customers' satisfaction.

- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.

- Check contact ( Delivery terms, Payment terms, etc.) and contact forwarder to release booking on time as scheduled.

- Inform delivery schedule to client/branch.

- Prepare shipping documents (Packing List, Invoice, Bill), necessary documents to apply for C/O, and check Draft B/L, C/O, HS code.  Prepare documents to present to Bank as LC.

- Support making customs declarations.

- Liaise with forwarders to follow up closely on the shipment (courier, air, sea shipment).

- Document management, data entry into the internal management system.

- Follow closely the Forwarders to handle customs and delivery to the project site on time as the project schedule.

- Solve arising problems (cargo damaged, system error, customer claim, transport/Shipping lines claims) if any, check all logistics charges after completion of delivery works and prepare payment requests to settle to logistics providers.

- Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Other departments.

Job requirement

- Must possess good spoken and written English (communicate with Clients, Suppliers, etc.).

- Graduate from Intermediate /College /University in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration.

- Having at least 01-year of experience in Logistics will be a priority.

- Must be able to handle English documents.

- Having sense of responsibility, good teamwork.
