LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE (HCM)

• Contact logistics providers both domestically and internationally to get quotes and plan shipments.
• Review contracts, delivery terms, payment conditions, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Forwarders to get bookings and notify customers, branches, and factories about shipment plans.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents (Packing list, Invoice, Bill, CO…) to the bank and customers on time.
• Work closely with Forwarders to monitor shipment progress and provide updates.
• Oversee customs clearance and ensure timely delivery of goods according to project schedules.
• Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, containers, freetime Dem/Det... during the delivery process.
• Check costs after delivery and submit payment requests to logistics providers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• University/College degree in International Trade, Export-Import, or related field.
• Basic communication and reading comprehension skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in logistics and supply chain management.
• Clear communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and good teamwork skills.
• Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality related to work.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Salary: 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND
