Who is the investment owner of the Duong Vinh Hoa project?

Duong Vinh Hoa was established in 1995. In the early stages of putting into production and business, the company encountered many difficulties and pressures. Nevertheless, instead of giving up, the company has gradually made efforts and developed. As a result, after more than 20 years of business experience, Duong Vinh Hoa has now become one of the major packaging manufacturers and exporters in Vietnam.

At present, the company is investing in research new production technologies to expand gradually. By building factories improving product quality and production productivity, the company always ensures the highest capacity of 120 million bags/year. Duong Vinh Hoa's regular customers are Vinamilk, Cargill, Vinafood, Meydan, Nam Sao Food, Bibica, Mondi, Uni-president, etc.

 Project’s details

After the success from phase 1 of the investor for a chain of factories producing PP woven bags and canvas bags - Duong Vinh Hoa decided to expand and build the second stage packaging factory to increase the production and business model development in Hai Son Industrial Park, Duc Hoa, Long An.

BMB Steel undertook the entire project this time in terms of design, fabrication, and erection. A unique feature of this project is that the blocks are adjacent to each other. There are 6 factories with the same steel structure from design to color (the primary color is turquoise). BMB Steel is honored to contribute and be trusted to complete the design and construction of a cluster of factories with suitable areas for small and medium needs. With 6 similar rental factories, they are entirely equipped with a steel roof truss system with an area of ​​​​3,500m2/factory - 32mx125m aperture and a large factory with 10,000m2 scale - 63.5mx159m aperture. The owner chose a steel truss structure combined with concrete columns and brick walls to build 7 factories.

According to the information from BMB, Duong Vinh Hoa will use part of the factory’s function for rent. Thus, to provide optimal space and serve the needs of tenants, the investment owner has built a two-storey office with many available facilities. BMB firmly believes that with the quality of works completed from the hands and minds of BMB-er, the partners of the Duong Vinh Hoa company will be satisfied and comfortable with this rental space.

The team of engineers calculated the usage of 310 tons of steel for a total area of ​​32,200 m2. It not only ensures optimal construction space but also saves construction costs. These are always the questions that the BMB team considers when implementing any project. On the other hand, it is also a reminder for the employees involved in the project to work meticulously dedicatedly to ensure the highest quality for each project. Despite facing many difficulties due to the complicated Covid-19 situation, our staff considers it a driving force, from the careful and effortful design and construction stages. We worked closely with the owner to comply with the 5K rule during the epidemic situation and recorded no F0 cases even though the workers at the construction site came in and out in vast numbers. This success is not only merely a production construction, but it is also clear proof of the efforts and overcoming difficulties of the talented BMB’s employees.
