SITE SUPERVISOR (HO CHI MINH / HA NOI)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Supervise the construction team, urge the construction team to execute on schedule, project quality and ensure safety

- Working with the investor, supervising consultant and coordinating with other contractors at the construction site.

- Control the quality, progress, cost and safety of the project in front of the management of the construction department, the company and the customer

- Prepare construction quality documents, site acceptance documents

- Coordinating all the internal and external relations necessary to assure the development and delivery of the project site.

- Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2. Skills: under work pressure, on track to the assigned work, basic English communication
3. Working experience: No need for experience; the company will train after recruitment
