Dong A Land is a project marking the cooperation between BMB Steel and An Gia Phu Thinh Joint Stock Company, an enterprise in Ho Chi Minh City specializing in real estate, projects and land. Established in March, 2017 with many large and small projects that have been successfully completed such as The Signial (Lacasa complex), Dong A Land, etc, An Gia Phu Thinh is gradually developing and orienting to become a leading enterprise real estate in Ho Chi Minh City.

Receiving project information, the team of engineers and workers at BMB Steel proceeded to the project site to measure, assess and offer the most optimal construction plan. Thereby, engineers consider this is a small-scale project, but the project’s complexity is a relatively high level requirement. Specifically, Dong A Land Model House project requires standardization and sophistication in the design of every detail, drawing, assembly and construction.

The engineers estimated that about 75.5 tons is an appropriate volume of steel for a total area of ​​1240 m2. This careful preparation and calculation ensure optimal space and save construction costs. Besides, it ensures standard construction quality. Particularly, BMB Steel used high quality Alkyd paint for the project. In addition, Hoa Sen roof and wall corrugated iron system is color-plated to safeguard Dong A Land from severe impacts of weather and harsh climate. After meticulously estimating, the engineering team decided to use more than 1240m2 of the seam-lock corrugated iron roof and 576m2 of 7 waves wall corrugated iron for design and construction.

All processes are punctiliously prepared by BMB and planned in advance in terms of time, number of employees, and volume of materials. Furthermore, the project supervision team simultaneously worked at full capacity to monitor and complete the project on time. As a result, after only 53 days, the project was officially completed and handed over to the investment owner. In which, the preparation stage was methodically conducted by BMB in 22 days of drawing, designing, and processing. Meanwhile, the installation process became smoother because there has been a thorough preparation in the first stage. Concurrently, the steel truss system is directly manufactured at the BMB factory and erected in 36 days, which is an imperative factor in determining the success of Dong A Land Model House.
