BMB Steel organized internal training sessions for employees

On September 27, 2024, at Eden Star Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, BMB Steel organized an internal training session for employees with the topic "Applying psychology to promote effective cooperation in teams" by lecturer Nguyen Minh Hien as speaker.

The internal training session not only updated more useful knowledge but also helped improve the teamwork spirit of BMB Steel employees. Through the training session, BMB-ers understand the group's geometry, working style, and their role in the team. Identify the behavior of colleagues and partners in each group to adjust communication accordingly.
