2. BMB’s outstanding sports and entertainment construction projects

2.1 The Flora Club House Project

• Area: 803 m2
• Owner: Borey the Flora
• Location: Cambodia

The Flora Club House is a sports facility that provides a swimming pool, gym services, etc. This project is owned by Borey The Flora - a gated community located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia that offers a range of housing options and various amenities. With a unique architectural impression, The Flora Club House project can be considered a highlight of BMB Steel’s brand identity. Although the total area of the construction is relatively small (803 m2), it can be seen as a high-complexity project which required a total weight of steel of 60,000 tons. It required considerable effort and consensus from all BMB employees in the design, fabrication, and erection departments. 

2.2 Club House Project

• Area: 3.000 sq meters
• Owner: Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Corporation
• Location: Vietnam

Club House is a facility in Sala Residence which is located in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City. The Sala Residence features a variety of housing options, including apartments, villas, and townhouses. It is owned by Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Corporation, one of Vietnam's leading real estate companies. The architectural design combines modern aesthetics with elements inspired by traditional Vietnamese architecture, creating a unique blend of contemporary and cultural influences. BMB Steel is so proud to be a steel building contractor for this project. We were responsible for designing and building the roof for the building in two months.

2.3 Cabuyao Multi-purpose Hall Project

• Area: 3,450 sqm
• Location: Philippines

The Cabuyao Multi-purpose Hall is a versatile public facility located in Cabuyao City, Laguna, Philippines. It serves as a venue for various community events, gatherings, sports activities, and other public functions. The hall has a stage, seating areas, and flexible floor space that can be adapted to meet the specific needs of the event. BMB Steel was chosen to be a contractor to work on the steel frameworks of this construction project. We were in charge of designing, fabricating, and erecting steel structures, as well as supplying steel materials. While works are underway to build the factory, the BMB strictly followed the American standards design for this project.
