2.1 Yangon Makro Project

• Area: 30.000 sqm
• Owner: Siam Makro Public Company Limited
• Location: Myanmar

Yangon Makro is a wholesale center located in Yangon, Myanmar. It is part of the Makro chain of stores, which is owned and operated by Siam Makro Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of CP Group. The stores are known for their large size and wide selection of products at competitive prices. BMB Steel was proud to be a contractor of the Yangon Makro project, responsible for building the steel structures of the 30.000-sqm construction complex. 

2.2 Wilcon Depot Project

• Owner: Wilcon Depot Inc.
• Location: Philippines

Wilcon Depot is one of the leading construction supplies retailers in the Philippines, owned and operated by Wilcon Depot, Inc. The store offers a wide range of products, including construction materials, plumbing and electrical supplies, hardware and tools, paints and adhesives, lighting fixtures, home appliances, and furniture. BMB Steel took pride in being chosen to work on one of Wilcon Depot's projects. We were in charge of the building’s steel structures. This is a large complex with a total area of 42.100 m2. It is expected to contribute to the economic growth of the local area. 

2.3 GO Mall Ben Tre

• Owner: International Exhibition and Convention - Vietnam Company Limited
• Location: Ben Tre Province, Vietnam

GO Mall Ben Tre is an outstanding project of the Trade Center for International Exhibition and Convention - Vietnam  Company Ltd. With a total area of ​​​​up to 45.000 sqm and many constructions works such as a shopping area, product display area, garage, advertising banner, etc, GO Mall Ben Tre has soon become the leading shopping and entertainment center in Ben Tre. In the process of building these works, BMB Steel was chosen to be one of the project contractors who were responsible for the design, fabrication, and erection of steel structures. We provided a package with 100 tons of steel to fabricate and erect the steel frame of the construction. Thanks to long-term experience specializing in the construction of pre-engineered factories, the contractor successfully built the trade center in just 42 days.

2.4 AEON Mall SHV Bonded Warehouse

• Area: 21,000 sqm
• Owner: AEON Mall (Cambodia) Logi Plus Company Limited
• Location: Cambodia

AEON SHV Bonded Warehouse is a logistics facility, offering a range of services related to the storage, handling, and distribution of goods. The warehouse is operated by AEON Mall (Cambodia) Logi Plus Company Limited, a subsidiary of AEON Company Limited, a major Japanese retail group. The project "AEON SHV Bonded Warehouse in Cambodia" is one of the most typical projects of BMB Steel in late 2022 and early 2023. BMB engineers consider this a high-complexity project. To ensure aesthetics go hand in hand with the quality of the construction, BMB Steel decided to transport 600 tons of steel to serve this nearly 21,000 sqm project.
